This upscale neighborhood is now being developed by Peachtree Residential. Homes start at the $700's. Homes are 4-5 bedroom, 3800-5800 square feet. Lots are 1/4 to 1/2 an acre. 29 homes will be built and construction of several are underway. The unfinished homes from the previous developer have been demolished.
